What better way to clear our Throat Chakras than by really CLEARING our throats. Bring your angst and tension and scream it all out where no one but your Weird Flex Family can hear you!
Intensity Level: Gentle to Light Yoga, roughly 10 minute hike on sloping and level ground to arrive at class location.
Theme: Throat Chakra, neck and shoulder tension and vagal tone
Indoors/Outdoors: Outdoors in the woods, with a short hike. Near water.
Cost: $20
Sensory Notes: This is an outdoor yoga class, with a short hike to our class location. Please consider the temperature forecast when attending, and consider your footwear for our short hike. Since this is an outdoor class, it may be harder to hear me speak. If you'd like to hear me better, please plan on practicing close to me.
Also please note, we will literally be screaming. Probably swearing (even more than usual). It will probably be loud.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough. Please also consider bringing a towel to place under your mat, if you'd like to keep your mat protected from the elements.
Parking: This is a privately owned location, but the driveway is large. Still, if possible, consider carpooling to make sure there's room for everyone. :)

A waiver is signed at the beginning of each class that states you agree to take charge of your own practice and listen to your body. We also do a class photo but you never have to be in it, and we ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. :)
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
An email reminder will be sent out the day before class with any last-minute details, parking info, and/or any important last-minute updates. Please make sure we have your best contact email on file to get class updates. We won't spam you, promise.
