​Andrius Milinavičius — General Partner at BSV Ventures, Founder at Baltic Sandbox. Early-stage VC focused on Baltic/Nordic DeepTech, Life Science, and dual-use teams, with BSV having committed €15M+ since inception and backed by the NATO Innovation Fund.

Ernestas Žvaigždinas — Co-Founder at BROSWARM. Serial entrepreneur building technology for defence-relevant field problems, with experience from previous ventures and exits.

​Elvinas Kukys — CEO and Co-Founder at Luna Robotics, building night mission capabilities for FPV drones and other unmanned vehicles for very low-light environments. He also serves in the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union and has prior military service experience.
