Videomeno, meninink(i)ų filmų ir judančių vaizdų festivalį VIDEOGRAMOS'25 tęsia Kamalo Aljafari filmas „Gazoje su Hasanu“.
Neseniai buvo iš naujo atrastos trys MiniDV juostelės, įamžinusios gyvenimą Gazoje 2001 metais. Tai, kas prasidėjo kaip 1989 metais sutikto kalėjimo draugo paieška, virto netikėta kelione per visą Gazos ruožą nuo šiaurės iki pietų su vietiniu gidu vardu Hasanas, kurio likimas lieka nežinomas. Tai kino refleksija apie atmintį, netektį ir laiko tėkmę, įamžinanti praeities Gazą ir gyvenimus, kurių galbūt daugiau niekada nebebus.

The video art, artist film, and moving image festival VIDEOGRAMOS'25 continues with Kamal Aljafari’s film 'With Hasan in Gaza'.
Three MiniDV tapes of life in Gaza from 2001 were recently rediscovered. What started as a search for a former prison mate from 1989 led to an unexpected road trip from the north to the south of Gaza with Hasan, a local guide whose fate remains unknown.
A cinematic reflection on memory, loss, and the passage of time, capturing a Gaza of the past and lives that may never be found again.

📍The screening is free of charge. You are welcome to collect tickets at the "Skalvija" box office on the day of the screening. The box office opens one hour before the first screening of the day.
