So as we celebrate AY Institute’s 12th birthday, we don’t just want to meet up – we want to share what became especially important to us: understanding emotions and building healthy boundaries.

We truly believe boundaries aren’t about pushing people away – they’re about creating clearer, safer, and closer relationships.
To us, boundaries are also about community: how we stay present with one another, how we listen, and how we create spaces where people feel welcome. ?

That’s why on March 25 we’re inviting you to an evening of reflection, connection, and meaningful conversation.
Expect interactive moments, guided discussions, and a guest talk – all in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. 

We’ll also celebrate AY Institute’s 12th birthday together ? – with snacks, drinks, and time to simply be.
