The 11th Vilnius Foreign and Security Policy Conference
The Geopolitics and Security Studies Centre (GSSC) invites you to the 11th Annual “Chief of Diplomacy” Stasys Lozoraitis Vilnius Foreign and Security Policy Conference, taking place on November 21, 2025.
Held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Lithuania and organized in collaboration with the LRT, the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Embassy of Sweden, the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, GLOBSEC, the Munich Security Conference, the Atlantic Council and RAND Europe.
This year’s conference will bring together Lithuanian and international leaders from the fields of foreign and security policy for insightful discussions, strategic dialogue, and networking opportunities.
