One-of-a-Kind Impro-Based Movement Exploration Workshop with Andrew & fusion/wcs social
We invite you to a unique dance journey with Andrew Hsi — a globally recognized Lindy Hop teacher — who will guide us through an inspiring exploration of Lindy Hop and West Coast Swing (WCS).
During this 1 hr. workshop, we’ll explore:
~The similarities and differences between Lindy Hop & WCS
~Building and maintaining connection while improvising to diverse music styles
~WCS fundamentals
~A couple of stylish WCS moves you can take straight to the dance floor
✨ Previous experience in Lindy Hop is required to fully enjoy this workshop. Participants must be comfortable with swingouts, 6 count passbys (change of place), sugar pushes, and basic turns.
Location has a limited space so only 22 spots at the workshop are available.
Fusion/wcs social does not require previous knowledge in lindy/wcs.
What to bring:
-Dancing shoes or socks
-An extra t-shirt
-Water bottle & healthy snacks (drinkable water is available at the venue)
