Puikia Lietuvos publikai pažįstamas iš Kemaca Kinetic projekto, užkariavusio daugelio širdis, Kenneth Dahl Knudsen ir Mathias Fisher - šio kolektyvo širdis ir siela - grįžta į Jazz Cellar 11 su nauju projektu. Šį kartą tai jungtinis Danijos, Lietuvos ir Latvijos muzikantų projektas. Įkvėptas šokių aikštelės pulso ir vedinas susižavėjimo ritmais iš įvairių pasaulio kultūrų, Kennethas Dahlas Knudsenas sukūrė „Hexora“.

Knudsenas formuoja ritmu grįstą ansamblį, kuriame akustiniai instrumentai per groove’ą, tarpusavio sąveiką ir kolektyvinį judėjimą kuria klubinę intensyvumo patirtį. Šią muziką galima apibūdinti kaip akustinę futuristinę šokių muziką – fizišką, improvizacinę ir neįspraudžiamą į vieno žanro rėmus.

Kartu su juo scenoje Lietuvos muzikantai, kurių pristatyti nereikia - trimitininkas Mindaugas Vadoklis ir saksofonistas Liutauras Janušaitis puikiai pažįstami iš daugybės projektų. Toms Rudzinskis iš Latvijos jau ne kartą grojęs klubo scenoje kaip svečiais arba kolektyvų lyderis. O trombonistas Vadims Dmitrijevs yra kilanti Rygos džiazo žvaigždė.

Well known to Lithuanian audiences from the Kemaca Kinetic project, which has won many hearts, Kenneth Dahl Knudsen and Mathias Fisher — the heart and soul of that collective — return to Jazz Cellar 11 with a new project. This time, it is a collaborative project bringing together musicians from Denmark, Lithuania, and Latvia. Rooted in the pulse of the dance floor and driven by a fascination with rhythms from cultures around the world, Kenneth Dahl Knudsen has created Hexora.

Knudsen shapes a rhythm-focused ensemble where acoustic instruments generate a club-like intensity through groove, interaction, and collective movement. The music can be described as acoustic-futuristic dance music— physical, improvisational, and impossible to confine to a single genre.

Together with him on stage are Lithuanian musicians who need no introduction — trumpeter Mindaugas Vadoklis and saxophonist Liutauras Janušaitis, both well known from numerous projects. Toms Rudzinskis from Latvia has already appeared on this club’s stage many times, both as a guest and as a bandleader. Trombonist Vadims Dmitrijevs is a rising jazz star on the Riga scene.

The ensemble’s lineup and the caliber of the musicians promise an exciting and bold concert. Don’t miss it.
