Alpha Parenting Course

The Alpha parenting course is a series of practical, faith-based programs developed by Nicky and Sila Lee for parents and carers of children aged 0-10.

Key features:

Practical tools: Provide practical "handles" and strategies for parenting challenges.

Open to all: Designed for parents of any background, whether they are single, a couple, or step-parents, and is applicable to those with or without a church background.

Community and discussion: Create a safe space for parents to listen to the experiences of others and share their own.

Video content: Feature filmed clips of parenting experts, parents, and teenagers sharing their experiences.

Christian principles: Based on Christian principles but are designed to be helpful to anyone.
