- **Event Description**: „Aš nesu šokėja, bet taip atsitiko, kad netrukus baigsiu choreografijos ir performanso magistro studijas Gießen. Prieš baigdama studijas noriu geriau pažinti šokį ir choreografiją bei suprasti, kaip jie siejasi. Tapti šio spektaklio choreografais pakviečiau dešimtį žmonių. Vieni jų labai arti šokio, kiti – nutolę. Šiam kūriniui kiekvienas iš jų sukūrė po šokį ir atidavė jį man. O aš jį priėmiau, išmokau ir pasidalinsiu su žiūrovais.“

Nele Tiidelepp  – estų menininkė, baigė instaliacijos ir skulptūros studijas Estijos dailės akademijoje. Kaip laisvai samdoma kūrėja dirba performanso srityje. Jos meninę praktiką skatina domėjimasis kitais žmonėmis ir socialine dinamika. Kūriniai neretai kyla iš spontaniškos reakcijos į aplinką ir medžiagas, pasitelkiant konceptualiosios logikos ir poetikos elementus.

Spektaklis – Baltijos šokio platformos programos dalis. Bilietai išparduoti.

Baltijos šokio platforma – nuo 2019 m. kas dvejus metus vis kitoje Baltijos šalių sostinėje vykstantis bendras Lietuvos, Latvijos ir Estijos projektas. Jis nuosekliai ir kryptingai pristato Baltijos regiono šiuolaikinio šokio meną bei jo kūrėjus tarptautinėje ir regioninėje erdvėje, didina Baltijos šalių kultūros konkurencingumą ir eksporto galimybes. Kartu Baltijos šokio platforma kuria erdvę kultūros srities profesionalų bendradarbiavimui, žinių mainams ir ilgalaikiams ryšiams. 

Šiemet Baltijos šokio platforma vyks balandžio 22–25 d. Vilniuje.

“I am not a dancer, but somehow it happened that soon I will graduate from choreography and performance MA in Gießen. Before I graduate, I want to get to know more about dance and choreography and how these two have to do with one another. I invited 10 people to be the choreographer’s of this piece. Some of them are very close to dance, others stand far away from it. They all made a dance for this piece, and gave it to me. I took it, learned it, and I will share it with the audience”, Nele Tiidelepp. 

Nele Tiidelepp is an Estonian artist who graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts with a degree in installation and sculpture. She works as a freelance artist in the performance medium. Her artistic practice is driven by interest in other people and social dynamics. Her work is often based on spontaneous reactions to environments and materials, incorporating conceptual logic and poetics.

The Baltic Dance Platform is a biennial event held in a different Baltic capital since 2019.  It consistently and purposefully showcases contemporary dance from the Baltic region and its artists in both international and regional contexts. At the same time, the Baltic Dance Platform provides opportunities for collaboration among cultural professionals and the exchange of knowledge and experience. This year The Baltic Dance Platform will take place on April 22–25 in Vilnius.
