•	Daily Yoga Classes: Morning Hatha & evening Yin/Restorative yoga at our outdoor shala. Suitable for all levels, focusing on mindfulness and alignment.
•	3 x hike: Between 2-4 hours, from easy to medium +. Stunning views! Ground yourself in the beauty of nature, beach and mountain.
•	Meditation Sessions: Find your inner peace through guided meditation practices.
•	Meals: Enjoy healthy, delicious meals made with local ingredients. Vegetarian friendly.
•	Soundhealing by the pool: a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music and healing instruments – all while you are relaxing under a blanket.
