In the middle of peaceful nature, Casa by Eri offers cam & magic where you can connect deeply. Enjoy daily meditations, yoga sessions for all levels and breathwork exercises to help you come home. The tranquil setting encourages introspection and relaxation, allowing you to leave behind the stresses of modern living. We will focus on silencing the noise, so you can hear your inner voice and reconnect. 

This is for you who sometimes forget to put yourself first. Maybe you feel that life is running a little bit too fast. Or maybe you sometimes feel lost, don´t know what you want, where to go, or maybe you just need a break! 

Its normal. All the noise that we have around us, from young age, makes our own voice drown. Sometimes we lose our way. Now it´s time to find back.

•	Daily Yoga Classes: Morning Hatha & evening Yin yoga at our outdoor shala and in Kayas magical Yurt. Suitable for all levels, focusing on mindfulness and alignment.
•	Daily workshop: One daily workshop, all in different shapes. Let your inner self shine.
•	Mornings in silence: Lets eliminate external distractions, put your phone away, and enjoy silence together. Best training for be in the present moment.
•	Nature Walks: Explore the surrounding countryside, ground yourself in the beauty of nature, beach and mountain.
•	Meditation Sessions: Find your inner peace through guided meditation practices.
•	Meals: Enjoy healthy, delicious meals made with local ingredients. Vegetarian friendly.
•	Floating Soundhealing: a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music and healing instruments – all while you are floating in the pool or on a sunbed on the side.
•	Energy work & Breathwork sessions: Tapping, chakras, pranayamas. Release toxins and set your energy free 
•	Moon ceremony: Lets tap into the energy of the moon, release negativity and manifesting your hearts desire
•	Connecting with yourself and  likeminded people
•	Small intimate group: Maximum 6 people staying at Casa By Eri, creating a safe space.
