She is a Certified Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, ABNLP Registered and accredited Coach, ABH Hypnotherapist, TLT®A Timeline®️ Therapist, with 30 years Meditation experience, over 20 years leading Meditation groups & 8 years facilitating Women's Moon Circles. With an Arts Background, she previously worked as a professional Dance & Theatre Practitioner and all of this informs Lisa's approach to Energy Work. She uses the fundamentals of Qigong movement, Meditation and balancing Mind-Body-Spirit in her approach.Lisa is Director of New Lisa Life (@newlisalife73) and Founder of Equilibrium Fest (@Equilibriumfest2023), an annual wellness event in Barcelona since 2021RASA QUILTYHailing originally from New Zealand, Rasa is a seasoned facilitator with a wealth of experience in creating nurturing spaces for groups to discover their authentic selves and connect with their own healing abilities. She calls on her training and experience in voice work & mantras, Yoga Asana, breath work, Yin Yoga, guided visualisations, ecstatic dance, Massage and Shiatsu Bodywork.Rasa will be offering "Sanskrit Mantras and Vocal Empowerment: Free your voice" Workshop on Friday. Yoga Nidra on Saturday and Chakra Dance on Sunday.Rasa is renowned for her fusion massage treatments and innovative Yoga/Self-development courses. She recognises the intricate connections between body, mind and spirit. She also knows to balance the sacred with a pinch or more of silliness and laughter.Rasa will be on site and available for pre-booked massage sessions at end of day on Friday and Saturday and during Free time slots on Sunday (at an additional cost).CAMILLA SANTINIThe daughter of Italians born in Brazil, Camila started cooking by vocation at the age of 9 with her Italian Grandmothers, under the vines on Saturdays they made fresh pasta for the whole family. It has always been a passion in her life. Her family owned restaurants where she started her career. She lived and experience working in different countries including Asia Central and today she lives in Barcelona bringing energy, fusion tastes and colourful dishes to her guests .Born from a lifetime of cooking experiences and a passion for creating something personalised, outside of the large kitchens in the big restaurants, bringing together subtle flavors and fresh ingredients.
