Bring your own item to dye (1 per student), or purchase a Weird Flex Yoga shirt to customize (advance purchase required-$15 per shirt). Class fee includes dye only.

Cost: $20. 

Sensory Notes: Please dress for comfort. The ground may be uneven, and a bit firm. 

What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using, and maybe bring a towel for under your mat. Community mats and props will be available on a first-come basis.

Parking: Parking is free and available at McDonough. Our class is planned for the open space behind the large log picnic shelter.

We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. ?

We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
