The Cigar, Spirits & Wine Club is delighted to welcome you to our first event of the year, an exclusive Wine & Whiskey Pairing Dinner designed to celebrate exceptional flavor, refined pairings, and great company.

Join fellow members for an evening of elevated dining and camaraderie as you enjoy a thoughtfully curated five-course dining experience, beginning with an elegant, passed appetizer reception and concluding with a decadent dessert course. Each course will be expertly paired to your preference—wine or whiskey—allowing you to tailor the experience to your personal taste.

Featured pairings will include selections from Fabiolli Wine and Filibuster Distillery, carefully chosen to complement a seasonal, chef-driven menu. The atmosphere will be warm and inviting, perfect for engaging conversation and discovering the art of pairing fine spirits and wines with inspired cuisine.

1st Course (Appetizers)

• Moroccan Lamb and Fig Skewer
• Mini Lobster Bisque Boule

2nd Course

• Wagyu Beef Carpaccio

3rd Course

• Mediterranean Branzino with Green Lentil Caviar

• Braised Short Rib with Parsnip Purée
