The ancient practice of Ayurveda gives us insight into how we can tune into the nature around and within us and turn that information into wisdom that helps bring the mind, body, and spirit closer to a state of equilibrium. Many people report dreading the dull, gray, cold, isolated inertia that winter brings. With the added stress and pressure of holiday busy-ness, it is understandable to feel less than excited about shifting from fall into winter. What if you had a toolbox full of self-care practices specifically saved just for winter? Practices that invite warmth, light, and circulation. Practices that are so nourishing, cozy, and beneficial that you might actually look forward to the slower pace winter brings? This interactive workshop is designed to foster a delighted anticipation for the winter months by shining a light on self-care practices for the season.

Logistical note: we will be doing a castor oil pack during this workshop, which is not suitable for those who are pregnant. You are still welcome to attend if you are pregnant, just let us know ahead of time so we can make accommodations for you!

Everything you need for the castor oil pack will be provided to use during the workshop and to take home with you. Wear cozy clothes you don’t mind getting oil stained and also bring a towel that you don’t mind getting oil stained.
