Sensory Notes: This class will be outside, on fairly level ground. We will either practice to nature sounds alone, or fairly quiet background music.

There may be lots of kiddos running around. They're welcome to join us as we stretch together, or just hang out with us. Childcare, however, is not provided. So you'll need to keep track of any children you bring with you. 

What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may enjoy using, and dress for comfort. We'll have a few community mats, but will be available on a first come basis. 

Parking: Parking is plentiful and free.

We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be and gives you permission to do so-especially with minors attending. 🙂

We do not offer refunds or credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
