Since 1981, NCVRW is celebrated every year in April to unite crime survivors, victim assistance, justice professionals and communities across America to pay tribute to victims.This year's High Desert memorial event will take place on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM. It will be located at the Victor Valley College Performing Arts Center, and parking will be free of charge.There will be resource tables available both before and after the memorial program, so please come early or plan to stay after to visit the tables.Families wishing to display a photo of their loved one are kindly asked to bring a framed photo no larger than 8 x 10 inches.There will also be a memorial event in West Valley on Monday, April 20, 2026.
