We’ll begin with a soothing Yin Yoga practice, moving through slow-paced, gentle postures held for time. These shapes encourage the connective tissues to open and release layers of tension, creating space in both body and mind.

As your body softens and your breath deepens, you’ll be immersed in a powerful Gong Bath—with the deep, resonant tones of the gongs taking center stage. Their rich vibrations ripple through every cell of your body, easing tension, quieting the mind, and helping to restore harmony. The experience will be complemented by the delicate sounds of chimes, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments, creating a layered soundscape that supports deep rest.

This practice is beginner-friendly and accessible for all levels. Props and modifications will be offered to support your body’s needs.

What to Bring:

>>Yoga mat and water bottle

>>Comfortable layered clothing and cozy socks

>>Optional: blankets and eye covers (extras will also be available)

About Your Guide:
>>Eve Carty (RYT 500) has completed 500 hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She is certified in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner. She is passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces where students can release stress, restore energy, and reconnect with themselves.
