This evening invites you to slow down and receive the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine through tea tasting, community acupuncture, and immersive sound.We will begin by tasting fine Chinese teas in silence, creating space to reflect on the year past and the year ahead with gentle writing prompts. At 7:30pm, the evening transitions into a deeply restorative community acupuncture sound bath, where stillness, sound, and subtle energetic work support nervous system regulation and inner balance.Brianna Grant will offer NADA ear acupuncture, a gentle protocol involving the placement of up to five small, sterile needles in each ear. This treatment is known to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety and fear, support detoxification, release grief, and encourage emotional resilience.
