We are very excited to announce our upcoming Citizenship Trip to Victoria for 93 RCSCC Grenville cadets. This multi-day experience will include tours of the Royal Canadian Navy's Pacific Fleet at CFB Esquimalt, hands-on training such as ship simulators, and visits to historic sites including the BC Legislature and Fort Rodd Hill.
We will travel by bus (and ferry) and stay in barracks at Albert Head Training Area. Included in the cost are bus, accommodations and all meals on Days 2–4; cadets will be responsible for meals during travel days.
We are aware that cadets will miss four days of school for this trip. However, we believe this is a rare and valuable opportunity for experiential learning and leadership development. Cadets will be given downtime during the trip if they choose to catch up on assignments or schoolwork.
Trip Dates: 6-10 April
Cost: $225 per cadet
Deposit: $100 to secure your cadet’s spot
