Allow yourself to rest deeply and be carried by waves of soothing sound.
In this 90-minute experience, you’ll begin with gentle grounding before settling into a restorative sound bath featuring the ocean drum, rain stick, crystal singing bowls, and other resonant instruments. The sounds are layered softly to help quiet the mind and relax the body. Many people leave feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.
This class is open to everyone. No experience is needed. Please bring your friends and family members!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, or any medical concerns, please speak with Eve before class.
What to Expect:
· Opening statements on what is a sound bath/ benefits
· A short, guided arrival to help you settle
· Time lying down in a comfortable position
· Gentle waves of sound and vibration
· Quiet time at the end to rest before closing
. A little refreshment will be available at the end
All you need to do is get comfortable, keep an open mind, and allow yourself to receive.
What to Bring:
· Yoga mat
· Blanket
· Two pillows (one for your head, one for under your knees)
· Warm, comfortable layers and socks
· Eye mask or scarf (optional)
Please note, we will have some eye masks available if you don't have one and would like to cover your eyes.
