As we move into spring, this workshop offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore practices that support regulation, stress relief, and seasonal alignment.

Led by Otis Bell (he/they), this 3-hour workshop blends Medical Qigong, breathwork, gentle movement, somatic awareness, and herbal tea in a welcoming and accessible setting.

What to expect:
• guided Qigong and gentle movement
• breathwork and grounding practices
• teaching on seasonal rhythms and nervous system support
• time for reflection and optional group sharing
• herbal tea and a calming community space

No prior experience is needed. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
