Screening of Norma Rae

Join us at 750 Fairfield Rd on December 11, 2025, at 6:30 PM for a screening of the 1979 drama Norma Rae starring Sally Field. The film follows Norma Rae, a woman who sets out to rally her fellow workers at the local textile mill. It examines themes of class solidarity and labour movements that are still relevant today. Please join us for refreshments and a lively discussion after the film. Doors open at 6:30, movie starts at 7. The building is accessible, with a flat paved entrance on the corner of Fairfield and Blanshard.
