This protocol is specifically used to regulate the nervous system. It involves five tiny needles that are placed in specific points on each ear to help turn down the stress response and support the part of the nervous system that helps us rest, digest, and recover. Folks often notice they feel calmer, more grounded, and able to breathe a little easier. You don’t have to think, process, or “do” anything for it to work its magic - just sit, rest, and let your nervous system soak up the pause.Please note we will have consent forms for you to sign upon arrival to safely administer acupuncture during this session.
