Stef is a Yoga Guide whose journey began during the pandemic, discovering yoga as a path to balance and transformation. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in Bali, she now teaches gentle, mindful flow classes focused on breath, alignment, and connection between body, mind, and spirit. encouraging awareness and inner peace.
