We will ask all participants to complete a rapid test prior to attending.ACCESSIBILITY: the hall has one flight of stairs (or email in advance if you need to access a lift), and one gender-neutral washroom.REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS: a full refund, less $100, will be issued for cancellations before January 2, 2026; no refunds after January 2.(Cancellations due to illness or for a known exposure to Covid will receive a refund less a $100 admin fee. Any other cancellations/refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.)Joanne teaches 5Rhythms with a deep respect for the transformational nature of this practice, for the insight that these maps can bring to our daily lives, and for the unique discovery process of each participant. Her teaching is rooted in a lifelong engagement with her own study and personal work.
