Plus, a powerhouse ensemble of improvisers from across North America (including some former guest directors)! Each night, audiences will enjoy ensemble shows directed by our guest artists, as well as feature sets by these accomplished improvisers. It will be an exciting week of improv that feels like theatre.The Festival Ensemble will be: Shannon Bass (Seattle), Tony Beeman (Seattle), Claire Biddiscombe (Ottawa), Brooke Cameron (Victoria), Lauren Coulter (Victoria), Douglas Galbraith (Portland), Jenna Goldade (Red Deer), Byron Kjeldsen (Victoria), Sara McMahon (Seattle), Rosemary Morrison (Vancouver), David Ramage (Calgary), and Zach Wolfman (Vancouver). Featuring guest technical director Jane Hilder (Winnipeg).----------------------------------Shows:Tuesday night will be local night! We'll shine the light on some local talent including Snap! Theatre, Ants, and the improvised poetry duo of Dave Morris, and Missie Peters: Speakeasy.Each other night of the festival, our international festival ensemble will perform a piece created that day under the direction of one of our visiting directors! Followed by a second half of that features a format created and directed by one of our Festival Directors: Caity Curtis, Stephen Sim, and Dave Morris.
