The delicious, seasonal plant-based menu includes homemade biscotti & focaccia, Tuscan white beans with winter greens, Levantine fattoush salad, Spanish romesco sauce, Moroccan chickpea tagine, homemade falafel with all the fixings, and vegetable side dishes.The menu is adaptable for vegan and gluten-free guests.Take home fresh inspiriation to cook more, eat well, and experience the health & taste of the Mediterranean diet.Knives will be provided, but Chef Heidi encourages you to bring in your own knives  to use, if desired.
