ALL COOL RIDES ENCOURAGED! We want your COOL RIDES! No registration required, just bring candy to hand out! WE DID RUN OUT OF CANDY LAST YEAR, BRING LOTS! All leftover candy is donated to Janeece Place through the Superheroes of Victoria.
