Levelling Up your Technical Efficiency w/ Kim & Corissa

Join multiple World record holder Kimberly Fox (MSIC) and Corissa Sivorot (MSIC) as they break down the finer technical details of LC, Jerk & Snatch to help you get to the next level in Kettlebell sport.

We will split the group & day into two parts-
Half will join Kimberly for LC/JK ~2.25 hr
Half will join Corissa for SN ~2.25 hr
Then the groups will switch allowing for more individualized attention with time for Q&A

Day will run 9:30 am - 2 pm @ the Westshore Warehouse
