Holiday Pentathlon

Join us for our annual Holiday Kettlebell Pentathlon!

A chance for bellers on the island to get together and do something a little different before the holidays and have some fun lifting heavy shit!

I'll be posting a google doc where you can sign up to lift and also to judge. Please note that if you are lifting, we will also be asking you to judge so that we can run as many lifters as we can per flight.

It would be a good idea to have a partner in mind to work with - one can lift and the other can judge and you switch each after each lift. Rest will be longer than the prescribed 5 min (closer to 7) so that we can have the 2 flights switching off.

A single flight takes 50 minutes so plan to be here for at least an hour plus warm up. We will have a few volunteer judges as well. Once we have an idea of numbers, we can figure out the finer details.

This will be a no pressure, fun event! No winners, just a chance to lift with your kettlebell pals and push your limits. Let's see if you can beat your score from last year.
