You will learn and understand a few basic principles that can transform your home baking.During this hands-on class, there will be time for questions, troubleshooting, equipment review, as well as valuable information on getting the best from your favourite family recipes. There will be samples to eat, and a few to take home.Chef Heidi's fail-proof recipes cover the range - everything from homemade cinnamon buns and biscotti to chocolate treats and holiday classics. End the class with inspiration, confidence, and goodies to share.Some of the recipes we will make include: Homemade Biscotti, Toffee Almond Squares, Double Chocolate Double Ginger Cookies, Homemade Overnight Sticky Buns & Chocolate Cinnamon Rugelach (mini crescent pastries).This class cannot accommodate a gluten-free participant. Vegan participants can join to learn baking principles, but there will be little to no samples, unfortunately.IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no shared meal, only some baking samples to eat.
