From there, you’ll craft your own yogurt and turmeric face mask base.Once your base is prepared, you will personalize your mask with dosha-supportive botanical add-ins such as hibiscus flower, aloe vera, rose water, brahmi powder, and other plant allies, while learning how each ingredient supports the body, skin, and mind from an Ayurvedic perspective.In Ayurveda, Spring is a season of awakening, cleansing, and softening the heaviness of winter.
