Throughout the practice, Craig blends electronic music, natural sounds, visceral tonal vibrations, delta waves, and binaural beats live, at an amplitude you can feel; creating a deep meditative experience.This is more than a yoga class with music; it is a carefully curated, shared energetic experience. The combination of movement and sound becomes a portal into stillness, connection, and subtle awareness.Immersion has been offered at festivals including Bass Coast for over six years and continues to evolve as a powerful collaboration between Dawn and Craig— partners in both life and practice. Together, they bring decades of experience in yoga, meditation, music, and event facilitation, creating a space that is both grounded and expansive.All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed.
