Music is eclectic, in an ecstatic dance wave form, taking you up to release and bringing you down to connect with the quiet in you & in the land.We begin in a circle, set intentions for the next cycle, then share a spiral dance and an ecstatic dance wave. Sometimes we are blessed to have guest vocalists or musicians at the end of the dance wave.All welcome. All ages, genders, abilities, cultures.
