Explore Moroccan Cuisine

Inspired by Chef Heidi's culinary tour of Morocco, this hands-on cooking class will have participants learning all about Moroccan spices and culinary techniques.

We will make and share some favourite North African dishes, including several types of Moroccan tagines, salads, super fluffy couscous, and other regional specialties. Vegetarian options also included.

Travel stories and food highlights will also be on the menu as we explore this sun-drenched culinary destination.
