From there, you’ll craft your own multani mitti (fullers earth) clay face mask base, a traditional mineral-rich clay used in South Asian beauty rituals for generations to draw out impurities, soften the skin, and restore a natural glow.Once your base is prepared, you will personalize your mask with dosha-supportive botanical add-ins such as hibiscus flower, aloe vera, rose water, brahmi powder, and other plant allies, while learning how each ingredient supports the body, skin, and mind from an Ayurvedic perspective.On Earth Day, this practice becomes more than seasonal self-care.  It becomes a quiet act of remembering.  Multani Mitti, used in South Asian skin rituals for generations, reminds us that the earth has always been medicine.  Long before industrial beauty culture, our ancestors turned to soil, plants, and water for purification and renewal. Working with this clay is a small way of reconnecting with those decolonized traditions of care, honouring the land as something we belong to, not something we consume.After mixing and bottling your mask to take home, we will settle into 30 minutes of guided Japa Mala meditation, using the 108 repetitions of a mantra to cultivate calm, clarity, and inner steadiness.  Together creating a simple home ritual for both inner and outer renewal.{This Workshop is $54 per person.
