Ideal as a pre-Panchakarma retreat and equally suited for anyone feeling stressed, overloaded, or out of balance.

Set in the peaceful village of San Lawrenz, Gozo, this retreat follows classical Ayurvedic principles — gentle, grounding, and non-extreme.
Suitable for both Ayurveda beginners and experienced guests.
