This entry level class is a chance to deepen your foundations, build strength and mobility, and get solid reps in with great coaching. You’ll learn to fly with confidence, base with stability, and spot with clarity. By the end, you’ll have the tools you need to practice Acro Yoga safely, successfully, and with a strong technical base that supports wherever you want to take your practice next.

When: Fridays, January 2 - 23rd.
Where: Island Circus Space
