Take a pause from your everyday demands. Join us in our welcoming, cozy candle lite space, Infused in tranquility.

Where you will be guided into....

?Intentional affirmations 
?Reiki energy healing
?Sage cleansing/smudging

 Harmonize your mind and spirit which activates your body's natural healing response to relax into stillness and recovery. An Integration into our natural state of being. 
Alleviating tension and allowing your nervous system to calm and soften. What a wonderful gift of soul-care to take along with you and serve as a reminder that inner peace is accessible in small acts of stillness, presence, and grace. 


You will be led into a basic guided meditation, sound bowl and Reiki healing. Everyone will receive a sage cleansing/smudging. 

These circles offer a powerful yet gentle way to calm your mind, set Intentions and share in the uplifting, like hearted, collective energy of the group. 

Everyone is welcome.  (Co-Ed)

Bring a yoga mat and bolster if you prefer. 
Mats and chairs will be provided. 

Cost: $25.
