Our presenter Chris Aslan lived in Khiva reviving 15th century carpet designs and embroideries and has a wealth of knowledge to impart. Born in Turkey, growing up in Beirut, studying and living in the UK and now in Cyprus. Chris is the author of several books on the stories from his exploits.
Free to members. Non-members $30 at the door - EFT available. Please bring your spare change for our Raffle $1 per ticket. Win books and support our Young Artists Program. Refreshments from 9:45 am. Lecture starts at 10:30am.
