Each class will be different, focusing on a new area of the body or quality of movement.

• Improve body balance and spacial awareness
• Gain more muscle tone
• Improve both strength and flexibility

Exercise mats and equipment provided. Wear comfortable clothing. All you need to bring is yourself, some water and maybe a cushion for neck or knee comfort.

Bookings required.
Concession/Pension - $15 per class
Adult - $18 per class
