DESCRIPTION:
This sea kayak trip begins at Kent Reserve in Victor Harbor and follows the coastline to Kings Beach, approximately 7km one way. The paddle passes along rocky shoreline and with limited landing spots. Conditions can vary with wind and swell, so calm weather is ideal. After about 1.5 hours of paddling, Kings Beach offers a suitable place to stop for lunch, with a sandy landing area. After the break, the return trip follows the same route back to Kent Reserve. This paddle is best suited for kayakers with moderate experience and full sea kayaking gear.
Note that ratios/quotas will apply depending on the number of Instructors or Leaders on a trip. We may take pictures of the trip and mention your name on our website. If you have any concerns about this, let the trip leader know.
