Paint a personalised Kintsugi inspired painting on canvas, fabric or paper using acrylic paint and gold leaf2. Gently smash a bowl, plate or cup, and mend Kintsugi style’, using a hot glue gun and gold leaf. (please note: the hot glue is messy and very imperfect)You are welcome to bring along a favourite chipped cup, plate or bowl, to mend 'Kintsugi' style, or select one from our collection on the day.Kintsugi (golden joinery) is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum, a method similar to the maki-e technique.
