End your week feeling strong, energized, and empowered. This community class offers a more active, strength-building yoga practice designed to challenge the body while maintaining mindful breath and alignment.
Expect purposeful movement, steady flows, and opportunities to build heat, balance, and resilience. Options and modifications will be offered, but this class is best suited for students comfortable with a moderately strong, athletic style of yoga.
