J-F de Taillandier will lead you through the subtle energies of Quiet Chi Kung, and Severin Berz will introduce you to his innovative Origami Movement methods, designed to enhance mobility and perceptual awareness.

All participants will receive personalized guidance through semi-private Tuishou lessons with Ghislain de Taillandier and Severin, ensuring targeted skill development. This, complemented by dedicated free practice time, facilitates a durable and deep integration into personal practice.


At the heart of our teaching lies the belief that Taiji principles are best understood through direct, personal experience. We don't just impart knowledge; we guide you in embodying these principles, enabling you to build a sensory foundation for your own practice. 

We recognize that true internal understanding requires close, individualized attention. To facilitate this, we maintain small class sizes, with a maximum of five students per instructor, creating a semi-private learning environment. This allows us to provide the focused support necessary for you to develop a deep, visceral connection to the principles. 

We also strongly encourage personal free practice, both alone and with partners, through structured exercises and free play. This vital component allows you to integrate and personalize the principles, transforming them from abstract concepts into embodied knowledge.

This philosophy is reflected in our camp's schedule, where we alternate between intense semi-private teaching sessions and relaxed, free practice times, allowing for both focused learning and personal exploration. 

Furthermore, refined perceptual and body awareness are essential for internal Taiji. To complement the Taiji instruction and cultivate these crucial skills from a different perspective, we offer daily Origami Movement and Qi-Gong sessions. This integrated approach makes our camp a truly complete and transformative learning opportunity.
