There will be a group run from the Vestal Rail Trail this Sunday, with multiple routes available so people can run the distance they want. Start is at 8:00am. There are links below to 6, 8, 10.25, 12 and 13.5 mile routes. So, whether you want a single loop shorter or longer distance, or want to do a double loop for a certain distance, there should be something for everyone, with different pace groups to run with for all levels.
