Soft, flowing tones from singing bowls, chimes, and bells gently wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore balance in the body.This nurturing experience invites deep reast, emotional release, and a sense of inner stillness, perfect for unwinding, resetting your energy, and simply being. No experience needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.  Beginner friendly. Gentle movement will be offered, but it is optional.  Breathing practices will be offered as an alternate if you choose to just stay in stillness.

She received her certification from Kripalu Yoga and Health after several years of deep study. She holds a Masters Degree in teaching from Binghamton University and a Bachelors Degree in Biology.  From debilitating anxiety to empowerment, Linda has dedicated her life to helping others individually alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and PTSD.  She skillfully works with her clients, teaching them techniques to calm their nervous system, stretch their bodies, and tools to ease pain in their problem areas. She spent her first two years as a Yoga Therapist in a mental health clinic and recently opened a new office in Endicott working with clients in a serene setting.  She practices Yoga Therapy, which is holistic in nature, actively working to empower individuals toward greater mental and physical well-being. She also does reiki sessions with her clients,  creating a sanctuary where individuals can come home to their bodies, restoring their well-being. She does reiki sessions using a combination of breath awareness, chakra meditation, warm towels, and a sound bath to bring her clients to a state of complete relaxation. We have a recent partnership with Chirosport &Spine in Vestal, NY to bring Yoga Therapy, work-shops, and classes to Vestal.  This new beautiful studio is open to the public.  This will be a place to relax, rejuvenate, and restore your energy and calm."
