Soul-felt Art Journaling Wellness Program: Learning to Love Myself

Activity Name: Soul-felt Art Journaling Wellness Program

Ages: Adults only

Class Dates & Times: Every other Wednesday. Currently scheduled dates: March 12 March 26 April 9 & April 23. Guided class time is 5:30-8:00pm. Any student who requires open art time to work on journaling pages is welcome to come to the studio starting at 4pm on class days (optional). This class is ongoing - you may join at any time. We will regularly add new dates to the schedule.

Activity Description: The Soul-felt Art Journaling: Learning to Love Myself wellness program helps students nurture their hearts and personal well-being through guided wellness sessions and the practice of creative art journaling.  

More Information: People often face experiences in life that they cannot find words for. These events can be wonderful confusing difficult or all of these things. A person may have experienced past traumas addictions grief or more that have touched their lives. They also may be experiencing a sense of upliftment and enlightenment that they are unable to fully understand or express. A person may have a wonderful success or achievement in their life that requires them to find a way to honor their hard work and dedication. There are many ways in which the Soul-felt Art Journaling program can help you process your emotions in a healthy way. Every individual is unique as is their personal need for self-nurturing and healing. Our program is a wonderful tool to help an individual facilitate that process for themselves.  

We have found through experience that when words cannot be found or are not enough to describe emotions the heart often needs to step in and find a safe way to express ones feelings let go of hurt pain or trauma cope with loss and life changes and learn to love and celebrate ourselves when the world often tells us this is not okay. This program offers a safe and supportive space to do so. 

Our program fosters and brings together individuals in similar yet unique situations or mindsets. We help create a new community of people that we can relate to learn from encourage and be encouraged by. This community of people often share similar experiences and can understand what friends and loved ones may not be able to. The individuals in the community can become a wonderful support system if embraced. By participating in this class you will have access to a private online community of like-minded individuals.

Important: We are not therapists or doctors. This program is not meant to replace any traditional forms of treatment or therapy in any way. We are real life people who care and have found a unique way to use our own experiences to build a program that has been proven to help. We do not do the work for you but instead guide you in navigating the process yourself with our support. You are loved cared for and you are not alone. When you come into our space you will be honored respected never judged and always welcomed with open arms.

Students must register at least 48 hours in advance.

Price: $50 per person per session for non-members.
