Somatic work uses slow, mindful movement, conscious breath, and nervous-system soothing techniques to help release tension, reset stress patterns, and restore ease throughout the body.This practice invites you to move with awareness rather than effort, allowing the body to unwind, the mind to settle, and the breath to deepen. Through guided exploration, you’ll learn to sense where you’re holding stress, soften habitual patterns, and cultivate presence from the inside out.Suitable for all bodies and all levels, this somatic practice creates a therapeutic space for healing, self-regulation, and genuine rest. We have a recent partnership with Chirosport &Spine in Vestal, NY to bring Yoga Therapy, work-shops, and classes to Vestal.  This new beautiful studio is open to the public.  This will be a place to relax, rejuvenate, and restore your energy and calm."
